Photoshoot Secrets & Vintage Bridal Styling Tips: This was another absolutely brilliant shoot we loved working on with one of our favourite teams of Scottish wedding suppliers and fashion industry creatives. All the images from the shoot are stunning and several have been published in a selection of Scottish Newspapers and Bridal magazines.
Not every modern couple dreams of a castle or stately home wedding, lots of the couples we all work with now plan outdoor weddings in forests or in fields that are great big wild parties so we wanted to do a shoot that would reflect that! So we decided to style a big crazy music festival themed bridal shoot.
Our photographer secured the beautiful venue of Colstoun House in Haddington outside Edinburgh, and designed a really fun location shoot filled with music festival props that showed off the amazing venue’s grounds, and we all worked together to create some wild and eclectic rock n roll bridal looks.
We really era and style mashed our looks in this shoot with everything from a fabulous 1920s white feather cape, to a 1970s gold sequin disco coat, a 1960s trouser suit, bohemian style wedding and bridesmaid dresses and a 1970s black feather jacket taking centre stage and we LOVE the final looks.
