Photoshoot Secrets & Vintage Styling Tips: This shoot was another epic one with the amazing destination & elopement wedding photographer @melodyjoy.co. Melody is super talented, super cool and one of the loveliest people around, and working with her, it’s really easy to understand why she’s in so much demand as a wedding photographer. She’s so calm and puts everyone at ease immediately.
Melody shot so many amazing looks and images that we decided to split the shoot into 3 different elopement style bridal shoots, this one ‘1970s Rock N Roll Elopement’, ‘Wild Beach Elopement’ and ‘Marry Me!’
The story behind this shoot is all about our cool edgy rock n roll couple running away to elope. Melody wanted a stylish rock n roll feel for our couple so our bride is wearing an amazing 1970s golden coloured tiered and frilly wedding dress and we’ve styled it with a rare 1970s brown suede tassel jacket from our sister store ‘Those Were The Days Vintage’ and a pair of cool chunky boots. This bride is carefree, cool and with a rock n roll vibe to her wardrobe.
