Photoshoot Secrets & Vintage Bridal Styling Tips: This was such a fun shoot to do with one of our favourite creative teams! We were really lucky to book our models, Nicola & Fiona Gillespie, two up and coming Scottish models, so we knew we wanted to shoot them both together, as well as individually.
As bridal suppliers and wedding & fashion industry creatives, we’re all all about inclusivity, and love working with same sex couples, so we jumped at the chance to be able to shoot 2 brides together. We wanted to go for some fun 60s looks where the hair and makeup stylists could do modern takes on iconic 60s styles and we could style the looks with some of our amazing and iconic 1950s & 1960s wedding dresses & bridesmaid dresses.
We chose some classic 1950s/60s ballgowns, short wedding mini prom style dresses, 1960s shift dresses, bridal suits, space age style weddings dresses, bohemian style wedding dresses and classic empire line and full length dresses.
